Scholarships.
The NEW Community Health Foundation's first order of business in 1975 was to generate funds to support area students wishing to seek a career in a medical related area of study. One thing that hasn't changed over time is the need for qualified medical personnel in our community. Our commitment to offer area scholarships remains steadfast. We recognize the importance of supporting students who wish to seek careers in healthcare. Over the last 45 years, over $2 million has been awarded in scholarships to local students.
