Nachelle McGrath, Executive Director
A native of Gillette, Nachelle received a Design, Merchandising & Marketing degree from the University of Wyoming. After graduation, she spent a brief time in Denver, Colorado before returning home to raise her family with husband Josh. Nachelle joined NEW Community Health in 2008.
Nachelle spends her free time with her three daughters, entertaining, gardening, traveling, working out to keep her sanity and pinning endless ideas on Pinterest, but never executing them.
Felicia Messimer-Shannon, Development Coordinator
Felicia J. Messimer-Shannon is a Wyoming native and has lived in Gillette since 2009. She has a bachelor’s of science in communications from the University of Wyoming.
Felicia is a founding board member for Fur Kids Foundation. She is a graduate of the Gillette Area Leadership Institute through the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce. In 2015, Lish received a Top 40 Under 40 Award from the Wyoming Business Report. Previously, Felicia owned Felicia Jane Pilates in downtown Gillette.
In her spare time, Felicia enjoys movement–especially Pilates and Restorative Yoga–, spending time outside with family and their rescued dogs, gorging on culture, traveling, cooking and reading.
Ashley Brintle, Program Coordinator
A Gillette Native who is passionate about teaching dance, and loves planning events. Ashley loves working for NEW Community Health, and getting to be apart of so many facets of the organization. Ashley and her husband Chris stay very busy chasing around their three daughters, but when there is free time they enjoy traveling and attending sporting events.
Renae Rearick-Ballard, Foundation Assistant
Renae has lived in Gillette most of her life. She is recently married to Rede Ballard, after losing her husband of 22 years to a heart attack four and a half years ago. She is the proud mother of two biological children, three step children, a proud grandma to two grandchildren, and one on the way. She loves supporting her kids and grandkids in all their endeavors. She has the passion for friendships, and love and appreciates everyone who is placed in her life! In her spare time she enjoys dancing, shopping and traveling.
N.E.W. Community Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt non-profit organization which raises capital funds to support quality healthcare services for all residents of Campbell County and Northeast Wyoming. The Healthcare Foundation is volunteer-led and governed by a 15 member Board of Directors who reflect a cross-section of our community-at-large and strives for diversity, community-based experience and professional expertise.
