Compassion When It Matters Most
We are here to help in your time of need.
Caring for a loved one at the end of life is one of the most sacred and emotional journeys a family can take. It is a time filled with love, reflection, and often, deep exhaustion. At the Northeast Wyoming Community Health Foundation, we stand beside families during these tender moments—offering comfort, relief, and unwavering support.
Since 2022, Hospice Giving has helped 36 families with more than $76,000 in direct assistance, easing the financial strain that can come with end-of-life care.
Whether it’s covering medical supplies, providing respite for exhausted caregivers, or simply helping with everyday expenses, these funds allow families to focus on what truly matters—being fully present with their loved one.
How to Apply
To qualify for Hospice Giving financial assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated Financial Need: Submit a brief statement or letter explaining your financial need and how the funds will be used (e.g., medical supplies, respite care, household bills).

Applicants must live in Campbell County or surrounding areas for at least one year, or be staying with a family member in the area during hospice care. Other situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Caring for a loved one in hospice is an act of love—but you shouldn’t have to do it alone. Through your support, we provide families with comfort, relief, and the ability to focus on what truly matters in life’s final moments.
Give the Gift of Comfort
Hospice care is about dignity. Peace. And presence. But for many families, it also brings unexpected financial burdens that can overshadow these final, precious moments.
Every donation, no matter the size, lightens the load for a family in crisis. It gives them room to breathe. Time to rest. And the ability to say goodbye with grace and love.
Donate today and help us continue this sacred work. Because in the end, it’s not just about how we die—it’s about how we love, how we care, and how we are cared for.
